In order to apply to SFTR, you will need to apply via one or both of our university partners. During that process, you will be asked to submit a 2-page essay responding to the following prompt:
“Why do you want to become a teacher in San Francisco, particularly in an underserved community? What role do you see yourself and other teachers/community members playing in addressing inequity and promoting social justice in our local schools?”
(2 - 3 pages, double-spaced)
